Mega-popular Roblox game Blox Fruits has achieved 14 billion lifetime visits. The anime pirate-themed game launched in January 2019 and has seen huge success in the years since, becoming one of the most well known Roblox games out there.

As well as achieving this massive milestone, the Blox Fruits devs have taken to Twitter to announce a huge range of updates coming to the game in the coming months. To account for the Roblox game’s popularity, the development team has expanded and have been “working tirelessly behind the scenes” to introduce new mechanics, interface reworks, and complete rebuilds of certain areas.

We’re particularly excited about the nod to “significant improvements to mobile controls and overall game performance” so we can live our pirate lives on the go. The dev team shouted out their mobile player base and have assured us that these new updates won’t lead to more lag.

Blox Fruits hasn’t announced a release date or timeline for these updates, but has said that they will be rolled out throughout 2023. The devs said, “Blox Fruits will be transformed into the high quality experience that players deserve and will love.”
